What We Do
To inspire and empower people to seek and maintain recovery and health.
Outpatient Services include:
- group therapy
- individual therapy
- MAT (Medicated Assisted Treatment)
- SAIOP (Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program)
- Medication Management Intensive In Home Universal Advanced Access (clients can walk in if in crisis or request an assessment)
- MET (Mobile Engagement Team)- for crisis out in the community
- Tailored Care Management

Any person ages 4+
How We Impact
We provide mental health/substance use treatment. We are also providing Care Management which helps address each person's individual needs in the areas of physical, behavioral and social health.

Clear Impact Suite is an easy-to-use, web-based software platform that helps your staff collaborate with external stakeholders and community partners by utilizing the combination of data collection, performance reporting, and program planning.
