Summary of 2-Year Action Strategy
2022-2023: Determine baseline for youth-serving organizations' commitment to Youth Voice via assessment tool. Gain commitment from nonprofits and public departments to increase youth participation, including policy changes to City boards, commissions, and other oversight bodies. Host trainings in power-sharing with youth and adults: Dismantling Adultism and board-readiness (see YV2).
