Priorities
The 2021 Wayne County Community Health Needs Assessment priorities are:
- Access to care
- Substance misuse
- Diabetes and respiratory diseases
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic some of our community health needs have changed and now are reflected in our efforts towards healthy a community post-pandemic. Our new priorities are:
- Opioid Overdose/Substance Misuse (Formerly Substance misuse)
- Tobacco Use
- Sexual Health
- Oral Health
- Maternal & Infant Health
