CAP/DA is a Medicaid Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program authorized under section1915(c) of the Social Security Act and complies with 42 CFR § 440.180, Home and Community-Based Waiver Services.

Disabled Adults receiving services from Pamlico County Department of Social Services.
How We Impact
Complete nursing assessment and document client-based needs by assessing and identifying resources that will improve the client's quality of living. Work closely with the CAP/DA case management to ensure clients receive appropriate services.
