This approach is intended to offer a meaningful understanding of health needs. The Community Health Needs Assessment survey examined areas including quality of life, health behaviors, health perceptions, preventive services, exercise, and access to care. A summary of full survey results (all 25 questions) can be found at www.bchd.net or to request a copy, contact JaNell Octigan at 252-940-5090 or Janell.Octigan@bchd.net.
