Sunshine Club
Description
The Sunshine Club is a free citizen group that meets in Northampton County, led by the Health Education Department of Northampton County Health Department. This group focuses on activities to improve physical and mental health. The Sunshine Club's self-written mission is to spread positivity, love and hope by empowering individuals to embrace self-love and self-care in order to strengthen their minds, bodies and souls. Any adult resident of Northampton County can participate in the Sunshine Club.
Progress in 2025
The Sunshine Club continues to be a success in Northampton County. Participants consistently note improvements in mental health, physical wellness and overall well-being. This success continued in 2025.
