Narcotics Anonymous (NA) support groups are meetings where people who want to stop using drugs come together to share their experiences and support each other. These groups are free and open to anyone who wants help to stop using. NA follows a 12-step program that focuses on honesty, self-improvement, and connection with others. The meetings provide a safe and respectful space where people can talk, listen, connect, and find encouragement to make healthy choices.
