Our organization is committed to providing safe, reliable, and patient-centered non-emergency medical transportation. To support priority areas, we currently implement Accessible Transportation Services, Wheelchair-accessible and ambulatory vehicles equipped to meet diverse mobility needs, and door-to-door and hand-to-hand assistance for patients requiring extra support.

In 2025, Plum Krazey & Co. collaborated to improve access to care in Nash County by providing non-emergency medical transportation services.  The goal is to connect residents, with a focus on those with transportation barriers to essential healthcare services, including primary care visits, specialty care, and follow-up appointments.  Reliable transportation services support various priorities we are focusing on in the county.  The support from Plum Krazey & Co. helps reduce missed appointments and improve continuity of care for vulnerable populations.  They served 150 residents from September to December.
