What We Do
The Office of Child Support (OCS) helps to obtain financial support for families with children by:
- Establishing, enforcing and modifying child support orders for children who do not live with both parents
- Establishing and enforcing medical insurance provisions in court orders
- Collecting, recording and distributing child support payments through the OCS Registry
- Establishing parentage when children are born outside of marriage
