What Works

Effect communication with staff, partners, and youth. Building a good relationship with youth. Staff can work with youth outside of the office in safe environment in the community locations (Panera Bread) etc. Staff make clear expectations known to youth as well as support that is provided to the youth. Support is deemed as resources (mental health/connected to whatever resource that will enable the youth to grow, achieve. Great active listening.

What We Do

Why Is This Important?

To have youth be able to be self-sufficient with the ability to gaining and retaining employment, being able to self-sustain.
