Integrated Targeted Testing Services (ITTS) project provides HIV counseling, testing and referral services to high-risk "hard to reach" key priority groups in targeted setting in Edgecombe County.  Edgecombe County residents interested in HIV testing and education. Key priority groups are racial and ethnic minorities, men who have sex with men of all races and ethnicities, people who inject drugs, commercial sex workers, and transgendered persons.   We make an impact by 

• HIV testing , counseling, and referral
• HIV/STD prevention education
• Safer syringe referral.

Throughout 2025, the ITTS program has strived to expand and improve upon outreach efforts throughout the community. We've successfully maintained six condom distribution sites, attend public events when able, and have partnered with numerous agencies in the area to provide education and testing to the  public. Moving forward, we will continue to explore options to better serve the residents of Edgecombe county and the surrounding areas.
