Community Prevention Services is a 501 c (3) non-profit dedicated to providing adolescent substance abuse prevention services to the citizens of Onslow and Carteret counties. They provide adult substance abuse prevention services related to opioids and partner with local entities in this endeavor. In addition, CPS provides Substance Abuse and Case Management Services for the Department of Social Services in Brunswick, Carteret, New Hanover, Onslow and Pender Counties, serving those individuals seeking Food and Nutrition and Work First services, as well as those individuals involved with Child Protective Services. General case management services are available to any individual who feels they may need case management.

Substance Misuse and Prevention is provided to the adolescents and adults of Carteret and Onslow counties.

Case Management Services are available for individuals in Carteret, Onlsow, Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender counties.
