Farmers markets provide fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy, meat, baked goods, and crafts for the community while supporting local farmers and artisans.  There are multiple independently operating farmers markets in Alamance County.  Farm Fresh in Graham is open from May 1st -August 28th on Wednesdays from 3:00 pm- 6:00 pm. The Swepsonville Farmers Market is held on Saturdays from 8:00 am- 4:00 pm starting in April through October.   Holly Hill Baptist Church hosts a Farmers Market every Wednesday from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm starting in June and ending mid-October.  The Market at Gibsonville is held in downtown Gibsonville on Saturdays from 8:00 am- 12:00 pm. Saxapahaw Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 5:00 pm- 8:00 pm from May- August.
