Program Summary
Excel Beyond the Bell (EBB) is a collaborative effort to develop a county-wide system of out-of-school time (OST) opportunities for youth. It includes OST at seven middle schools and a comprehensive system of professional development. The intent is to inspire youth to realize their full potential within a sustainable system of safe, quality, and accessible programs.
