What We Do
Healthy Families provides intensive home visiting services which prevent child maltreatment and supports healthy brain development in children prenatal to 5 years of age, using child development education, screenings, and service referrals for parents.

Who We Serve
Measures
The data for # of families who report they are satisfied or very satisfied with services will be completed at end of year. All other measures are at or above the targets set for the fiscal year. We anticipate that, based on prior year surveys, the data will show at year-end that 90-100% of families surveyed will respond satisfied or higher with services.
