The Duplin County Health Department offers free pack-n-plays to families who do not have the financial means to purchase a safe sleep space through the Ann Wolfe mini grant.

Those who qualify include mothers who are greater than 36 weeks gestation or children with no safe sleep space up to 12 months old whom cannot afford a safe sleep surface.

The initiative behind this program is to reduce SIDS rates and provide safe sleep education to families to prevent fatal outcomes for infants and improve health outcomes.
