The Yadkin County Medical Clinic is co-located with the county free clinic, Hands of Hope, and both share a Provider. The Medical Clinic offers preventive health care is provided through Child Health, Family Planning, Maternal Health, Adult Health, as well as acute sick care for clients currently enrolled in our preventive care programs. We offer Immunizations, testing and treatment for TB and STDs; and care management for children and pregnant women with Medicaid. The Yadkin County Medical Clinic is the only OB provider in Yadkin County.
