Since 1991, the Adopt-A-Mom (AAM) program has partnered with medical providers to ensure vulnerable individuals received prenatal care and wrap-around services during and after their pregnancy. Community physicians provide medical care at a reduced fee. The AAM program partners with community agencies to ensure appropriate referrals are made to provide additional support, education, and resources for AAM clients. In 2024, the Adopt-A-Mom program served 235 patients, with 213 women referred for community resources each quarter. Additionally, 215 infants were born during the calendar year.

In 2025, the Adopt-A-Mom program facilitated access to prenatal care for 218 vulnerable individuals.  Of babies born in 2025 92% of deliveries being full-term and weighing 5.5 pounds at birth. The program secured 380 referrals to healthcare services annually.
