What Works
Gaining committment from various levels of partnerships. While organizational leadership supports are appreciated, the meetings are more conducive for those that do direct service and those that work in the field with clients. Engaging those members is what works to keep the team active and gain momentum with membership.
Action Plan
The partner list has been long, but active members of the collaborative are less than the partner list. The C-FORT Coordinator implemented a survey to see which partners are still interested in being a part of the team, if they are able to send a representative to the monthly meeting, and if not working to remove them from the listserv. Active members are being engage in subcommittee to push forward activities of the group in response to opioid crisis and participate in activities related to Opioid Settlement Funds.
