FY23: A graduation was held in August 2022 (FY 23 Q1). Four families who had received at least three years of home visiting and who met met criteria for graduation defined by Healthy Families America graduated, completing the program. The next graduation is anticipated in FY 24 Q1, with one participant expected to complete the program at that time.
