FY24: In HFY2 three of the eight referrals did not lead to a review for a variety of reasons. One of the families decided that they were no longer in need of the LCT after the referral was made. Another family could not be contacted after several attempts of the coordinator as well as the referring party. The third case we could not review due to not having consent of a legal guardian/parent. In this case the referring party was also contacted and made aware. The coordinator did not feel comfortable reaching out to the family prior to the consent form being completed. One of the referrals we received was reviewed four separate times and was particularly challenging due to the family dynamics as well as a disability in the family.
