Story Behind the Curve
The Office of Service Review (OSR) works to ensure Utahns have access to quality services that are compliant with contracts provided by DHHS agreement partners. As OSR compiled trend data on their agreement monitoring reviews, the data was expanded to include trends around how often remediation areas were repeated at scheduled monitoring events. This measure demonstrates if oversight methods are helping our agreement providers improve the overall quality of service delivery.
