Story Behind the Curve
This measure is important because it shows the overall engagement score for DVHA.
There are seven categories that all roll up to the total engagement score figure. The measure also shows our engagement score as compared to the state engagement score. This is a helpful perspective for us, and it gives us something to improve year over year. The score is out of a possible 5.0.
The trendline for this measure shows that the average employee engagement score for DVHA has increased over time and is consistently above the state average. We are missing data from 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
