Story Behind the Curve
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, community activities and outreach was limited and Mid-East CTC CARE program and other resources was unavailable or restricted. We are starting to see these effects, and are focusing to improve literacy with adults in our 2023 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).

- Plans include hiring additional teachers and extending to evening hours to provide more flexibility for students.

- The Mid-East CTC Cares program has significantly improved overall enrollment and graduation rates.
