Source is the annual Operations Section survey administered to DHHS employees. Results for DSE are parsed and reported. Count of DSE "responsive" responses plus the count of DSE "very responsive" divided by the total count of DSE responses to the survey.
Story Behind the Curve
DSE uses this survey to understand how 'customers' feel about our service. While many staff have reported that DSE has been responsive, there are areas for improvement. Coaching and training has been prioritized for managers to stress the importance of good customer service and prompt responses.
