Measure Definition

The Center for Medical Cannabis answers phone calls from 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday.  The calls are from patients, caregivers, medical providers, pharmacy employees and the general public.  The most common topic for the phone calls are technical questions regarding the online application and questions about the medical cannabis laws.  

Story Behind the Curve

In August of 2024, the center implemented a new online application program.  This program caused an influx of calls as users became familiar with the system.  We anticipate the call volume to go down after this initial increase due to the improved functionality of the program.
