Story Behind the Curve
DAIL System of Care requires intial contact and screening to be within 5 days of application. NCSS continues to excel in this area by sustaining a quick response time over the past four years of data collection. The intake coordinator consistently contacts individuals who apply for services within three days. This initial meeting includes information about the application process, available services, and eligibility criteria.
