Story Behind the Curve

We are most interested in whether or not our customers believe that the services we provided make a difference in their lives and address the circumstances that brought them to care. Our agencies offer a wide variety of services designed to support individuals living with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. These services can be combined in ways that best fit the presenting client’s needs with the intention of maximizing client benefit. When we receive feedback that indicates our services are not effective, then we work with the client to understand better how we can address their needs as well as identify any themes that emerge and need to be address systematically. This question was added for the FY16 survey.
