Story Behind the Curve
Enrollments began at selected Housing Resource Centers (HRCs) in August 2017. Since then, more clients have been assessed, making idenfication and enrollment into the bundle easier. Staffing levels have also increased to almost full capacity, enabling HRCs to serve additional clients.

The City of Berkeley, City of Oakland, and Abode Services have been contracted to perform this service through the Housing Resource Centers
