Project Connect is a new program for FY 19, and the first three months of the program were dedicated to training and program implementation.  In addition, it is difficult to identify families who are impacted by incarceration but even more challenging  to engage them in services.  Many families are faced with stigma and isoation when a family member is incarcerated.  Continued out reach in the community as well with the re-entry program will help to increase the number of parents served.
