Story Behind the Curve
As of FY21-22, due to the hiring of a new Executive Director in Oct. 2021, clients who completed exit surveys is understood to be defined as the data collection tool that is conducted by a neutral party other than the client's assigned PO (typically the Office Manager) to collect information from as many clients as possible who completed probation supervision. One survey, not multiple, per individual client is completed. In some situations, an individual client may have multiple charges/counts resulting in multiple cases. Clients with multiple cases do NOT complete additional surveys unless the client is rearrested and sentenced to probation at a different time. (SS, 4/19/22)
FY20-21: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and quarantine, there were fewer arrests during this period which created fewer clients sentenced to probation. There was also a delay in all court hearings during the quarantine so this created a large time lag for cases to be adjudicated and put on probation during this period.
Numbers may be low for 2019 data...only 6 months of surveys collected for year. Not all clients completed the surveys requested.

Action Plan
Submitted by previous Executive Director prior to 10/2021: Now requesting that clients complete their survey during the last appt either by phone or in-person to eliminate unreturned surveys.
