Definition

Story Behind the Curve

FY25: Fewer clients were already in school or employed when they started their probation period; however, more clients were able to start school or obtain a new job during their probationary period. (7/10/25)

07/21/22: This measure has been revised.

(Previous note from SS, 07/2022: This measure needs revised, as the numerator is the number of clients who were able to start school or obtain a new job during their probationary period with CCJ and the correct denominator should be the number of clients who were not already in school or employed at the start of their probationary period, not the total number of Close-Out Surveys completed by the PO, as some clients were already in school or employed at the start of their probationary period.  Per the guidance of Jean Kresse via email on 7/12/22 in Anneke Mundel's absence, the correct calculation was completed manually and noted in the data comment section.  The correct measure should read 45.1%, as 110 clients started school or obtained a new job out of 244 clients who were  not already in school or employed at the start of their probationary period.  SS)

FY19-20:This number is total number of surveyed clients from January 1, 2020-June 30, 2020. Collection of Survey data began in January 2020, future years will include the full year of data.

Taylor's note from FY19-20 reporting: Measure should read 48.1%....need to update where the percentage draws from. 104 began an educational program or new job out of 216 responses to this question of PO completed surveys.

9/28/21: Anneke corrected calculations after conversation with Cheri (Interim).
