Story Behind the Curve
We are interested in our clients’ perception of whether we provided the amount of service (or dose of service) that they believe they needed. Ratings of our services on this question are high. For instance, it is common for clients in crisis to believe a very high level and high frequency of service is needed when, in fact, less service would be more appropriate and possibly more effective in reducing the emergent nature of the crisis. Our goal is to work with our clients to communicate with them about what is expected and what is recommended to ensure that the client feels heard and well supported.
