• Who are eligible to work? Who are "aging"?*
• Consider this in the trend of who is discharging and coming in? Are there new folks who are more likely to be enrolled in employment program?
• We need to be clear about why people are discharged? Are people discharged because they are employed and housed?

• We are at or above the State average for employment and also maintain employment levels that are in the range of what is cited as average for individuals living with SMI
