Story Behind the Curve
In FY15, Howard Center switched to a standardized format for inquiring about client experiences. With this came a renewed focus on the collection of information to include the use of Survey Monkey and monthly reporting of survey results with a subsequent dramatic increase in the number of surveys completed.
At the Chittenden Clinic, clients were asked to participate in the survey at each of the two dosing locations one day during the year using a combined survey that included the ADAP Perception of Care and the Howard Center Satisfaction Survey Questions. Clients were given the option of responding using an I-pad or a paper survey while waiting in the dosing line. Clients could complete the survey in the line or after their dosing. Dosing was NOT made contingent upon the completion of a survey using either method.
FY14 – 139 responding
FY15 - 245 responding
