Story Behind the Curve
In FY15, Howard Center switched to a standardized format for inquiring about client experiences. With this came a renewed focus on the collection of information to include the use of Survey Monkey and monthly reporting of survey results or continued paper surveys if preferred by the client.
At our Mental Health and Substance Abuse Court Programs, clients were asked to participate in the survey in the month of June.
