Proportion of alcohol-related citations that include Place of Last Drink (POLD) information in the past 12 months. POLD information notes last place that a person reports they had drank alcohol before a law enforcement officer issued them a citation for an alcohol‐related incident.

Example interpretation using 2024 data: 29.4% of alcohol-related CHPD citations in fiscal year 2023-2024, included place of last drink information.
