Definition

Number of repeat offenders listed as Place of Last Drink (POLD) in the past fiscal year. Repeat offenders are those that showed up more than once within POLD information noting the last place that a person reports they had drank alcohol before a law enforcement officer issued them a citation for an alcohol‐related incident.

Example interpretation using 2024 data: 2 establishments (Goodfellows & Still Life) were listed more than once as a place someone reported they drank alcohol at last before being issued an alcohol-related CHPD citation during the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
