The percentage of people with whom the agency has recorded race and ethnicity demographic information as discrete and searchable variables within the Agency Electronic Health Record. VCP VCP-COE supports the review of this data as a precursor to understanding potential disparities in care based upon race and ethnicity. Any actionable step for mitigating health disparities among people of color is predicated on accessible demographic information.
