What Works
Lessons Learned:
Over the course of the first fiscal year (FY 22) best practices were learned and established for reaching out and asking subject matter experts to participate.
- The team learned that a great number of subject matter experts to have on one fishbowl conversation is between 2-4. If there are more than 4 the team felt that there was not enough time to hear from everyone and if there was less then it seemed to be less conversation-based and more like an interview.
Description of the Baseline
Target:
- For the first fiscal year (FY 22) that we were doing this challenge, we did not have targets set as we were learning the details and workflows of the challenge.
- Going forward (FY 23 and on), the target will be to have 2 subject matter experts participate in the fishbowl conversation. One should be internal to CHA and one should be external to CHA.
