Story Behind the Curve
River Valley Therapeutic Residence (RVTR) opened in May 2023, which expanded the capacity to serve more residents from 7 bed (at the now closed Middlesex Therapeutic Community Residence) to 16 beds.
RVTR continues to recruit staff to reach capacity, in order to best serve Vermonters with complex mental health issues in need of community-based, intensive support.
Calendar Year 2023 is the baseline measurement period.
