An annual measure that should be updated by the end of Q3 each FY. FY24-25 QI Project teams were offered two QI Workshop/s to support the project teams in developing a more complete QI Project Charter and process map prior to this year's charter scoring. Eight of the 10 QI projects submitted a project Charter for scoring.
