OCHD began teaching CATCH My Breath in January 2023, with participation naturally fluctuating alongside the school calendar. In the 2024–2025 school year, we saw a dip in participants; however, during that time OCHD trained 110 community partners to facilitate the program. The expectation is that these trained partners are now bringing the program into their own settings, expanding reach beyond our direct delivery.
