People who smoke or use e-cigarettes are addicted to the nicotine component. People use these tobacco products for several reasons such as for stress relief, peer pressure, and image. According to BRFSS, 22.5% of adults reported using a tobacco product at least once in the last month (estimate of 8,000 adults in Duplin County).
