Story Behind the Curve
At the beginning of each fiscal year, every OU and executive office works to develop a Results Based Accountability (RBA) strategic plan. In each plan, OUs will set and develop action steps on how they will achieve these goals. This was first tracked in FY 2023 and OUs found they had overestimated their capacity. The following year saw an increase in the objectives being completed on time. This was supported as specific training and support was given to these groups.
