Story Behind the Curve
In evaluating data from the 2021-2022 school year, KKIS staff found that the percentage of clients with 3 key contacts per month was far below the target. Staff took action to prioritize key contacts in the 2022-2023 school year and the percentage of key contacts was above the target range in just one year. Tracking this performance measure allowed KKIS staff to name what was important to the program, evaluate what was working, and make changes to meet the target.
