The vast majority of Southington students are identified as white. However, there is a very slight but consistent trend that shows a slight increase in the percent of students identifying as other than white.  Unlike in the U.S. Census data, students who are Hispanic or Latino are counted separately and taken out of the other race counts. The stacked chart below shows the very slight decrease in the percentage of white students, and the corresponding very slight increase in the percentage of students of other races and/or ethnicities.
