LCT Referral Reviews
FY23: N/A - during the second half of the fiscal year all cases referred were reviewed. Generally speaking if cases are referred that are not reviewed the primary reasons tend to be:
- The family was referred by an agency or community partner but they have no interest in participating in the process
- The family was referred and a case review was scheduled but the family no-showed and did not respond to follow-up communications to reschedule
