Data Discussion

FY24: Q1: Both Snow Hill Schools were supportive of summer Bounce Back coordination. We did not use their school as a site and instead took all children off site to participate in group activities and incentives such as the trampoline park, the pool, the discovery center, and painting. Q2: There were 4 schools participating in the Bounce Back program (Pocomoke Elementary, Pocomoke Middle, Snow Hill Elementary, and Snow Hill Middle) We have struggled with enrollment in the Pocomoke schools and are working closely to increase collaboration with the school system. Though the groups were small they were still very effective. Q3: This quarter there were 3 schools hosting the program, and one that did not send referrals. They are still in agreement to allow Maple Shade to host the program there but have not been forthcoming with contact information for us to develop a group. A meeting was held with the Supervisor of mental health to help us collaborate with the school and determine why this has been so difficult. Outreach was also done to school staff by staff to re-educate them on what the program is and who can be referred. Further outreach and collaboration has resulted in referrals for next quarter. They have now sent 6 referrals for next quarter. Q4: This quarter there were 4 schools participaing with success across the board.
