FY24: Q1: All children were screened for ACES and appropriate referrals were made when needed. 8/9 children in the group were enrolled fully in Maple Shade services for mental health. 1 child had private insurance and was referred out for mental health care. Q2: all participants were screened for ACES. 3 children were enrolled in Maple Shade, 2 were enrolled at the WCHD, 1 enrolled in CBH services, 1 enrolled in the Wellness Center, 1 enrolled in restorative mental health, 1 enrolled at CHC, and 1 waiting for active insurance that wants to attend Maple Shade. Q3: All participants were screened for ACES at the beginning of the cohort. Out of 18 kids, 10 are now enrolled in mental health services at Maple Shade, Worcester County Health Department, Seaside Counseling, or CBH. 2 participants have PRP services now and 1 CPS report made. Parent feedback was very positive this quarter. Q4: All participants were screeded for ACES at the beginning of the cohort. Out of 23 kids, 10 are now enrolled in mental health at Maple Shade or through another provider. There were 3 referrals for PRP services completed.
